Hez serves as one of the planting pastors of Renewal Church. He grew up in Queens, NY and has been married to his beautiful wife, Tajua, for 18 years. They have 4 children, 1 girl and 3 boys. The two have been serving together in ministry for 15 years. Hez served as Young Adult Director at SRMI in Garner, NC for 6 years. He graduated from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary with an MA in Christian Ministry and earned his Bachelor's degree from Winston-Salem State University, where he studied Mass Communication. Hez recently served as Pastor of Member Care at King's Cross Church in Greensboro for 7 years. He has a passion to teach and preach God's Word, and reach the lost. He also enjoys golf, watching his Knicks, and coffee.
